About the Role

Responsibilities

• Leads RPA assessment for clients through data collection, client interviews and workshops 
• Analyses the client's processes and identifies RPA opportunities
• Works closely with the client to define RPA value proposition and solution scope
• Recommends RPA approach and contributes in building the strategy
• Identifies appropriate technology platforms best suited for the client's requirements
• Designs optimal solutions for the client
• Formulates a business case working with the client and technical lead
• Creates a project plan after the due diligence and effort estimations
• Assesses As-Is process documentation and advises on process re-engineering for automation enablement
• Assists Projects Director to ensure smooth delivery of the RPA solution

Required Skills and Experience:  

• Degree in computer science, computer information systems, engineering, business, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in a technology, BPO or consulting organisations
• In depth understanding of RPA concepts and market
• Familiarity with at-least one of the market leading RPA platforms: Automation Anywhere, UI Path, Kapow, Openspan,Blue Prism
• Strong experience in Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies
• Ability to understand client expectations and requirements and convert them into technical solutions
• Strong problem solving, analysis, and design skills
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate at an executive level 

Desired Skills: 

• Hands on RPA implementation experience
• Familiarity with process improvement and transformation methodologies (Green Belt/TQM)
• Familiarity with waterfall and/or Agile delivery model
