ABOUT THE EVENT

Mindfields Automation Summit is an exclusive half day conference featuring presentations and panel discussions with senior leaders from major Australian organisations. They will share the experiences of their automation journey to date and plans going forward.

The forum which will be held at Hyatt Regency Perth this year, will feature an impressive lineup of speakers from leading organisations including Icare, Water Corporation, St John of God Health Care and Edith Cowan University.

The theme of the Summit is Embedding Automation for Success. The event will focus on educating the community to expedite their digital transformation and automation journey.

Sessions will cover topics relevant to a wide range of industry verticals from Utilities, Healthcare, Education and Insurance.

× Daniel is currently the Intelligent Automation Services Manager for St John of God Health Care (SJGHC) Inc, Australia’s third largest Private Hospital Group. He joined SJGHC in late 2014 to lead their finance systems team, and to create a 5 year program of process improvement projects with their CFO and leadership team. After numerous projects within the program had been implemented, an RPA proof of concept was successfully completed eventually leading to Intelligent Automation Services to examine the potential for Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Predictive Analytics, Chatbots etc.Daniel is qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
× Fehraz has demonstrated experience in providing critical strategic leadership and management advice in delivering transformational change across complex state government environments. Exceptional ability to collaborate across business lines, challenge and influence while maintaining a strong performance culture across diverse finance and corporate services functions.
× Harpreet Khalsa is a seasoned Analytics/ Performance Improvement professional and has 20 years experience in a variety of industries including Defence, Telecommunications, Utilities, Mining and Higher Education. He has worked with ECU for 6+ years and has been pivotal in creating the culture of ‘insights driven decision making’, which has led to significant improvements in planning and operations in various parts of the University. His key focus currently is how the University can create an effective collaboration between ‘Human and digital workforce’ and have a positive impact on the student experience and operating margins.
× Raj is a business transformation leader with 10+ years program, operational and strategic improvement experience with a proven record of delivering effective and efficient safe working environment aligned with a logistical and regulatory requirements in mining, processing, rail and utility industries. He is an accredited Six Sigma Black Belt with proven track record of driving leading edge process & technology improvements across the enterprise value chain. He has successfully scoped, led and managed ‘breakthrough’ improvement projects to deliver measurable and sustainable results for the Business.
× Mohit has over 20 years of experience working in Strategy, Corporate Finance, and Risk Management Solutions for Deloitte, PwC, and EY. Mohit has authored and published one of the first and most comprehensive research on Robotics and Process Automation. Mohit provides advisory services to leading global financial and non-financial organization in US, Australia, Middle East, UK, and India on their journey for Automation and Artificial Intelligence. Mohit loves cricket and food, in that order.  Mindfields has done more than 35 RPA live projects and have the most number of BOTs in live in production. Mindfields clients includes ANZ, Equifax, CIBC, Suncorp, ING, Rabo,Sensis to name a few.
× As CEO of Mindfields Australia and New Zealand, Sukalp focuses on enabling successful business outcomes for clients by leveraging a range of digital and emerging technology solutions. Sukalp is passionate about Automation, Artificial Intelligence and Analytics and works towards finding fit-for-purpose and commercially viable applications of these technologies. He has a track record of being a trusted adviser to Australian CXOs and businesses over the last decade and more. Prior to joining Mindfields, Sukalp held various positions in the management consulting practices of KPMG and EY Australia, where he spent considerable time helping 70+ clients solve complex business and IT problems.
× Praveen has 15+ years of experience in Finance, Consulting and Finance transformation. His areas of expertise include leading Finance teams, delivering operational and cost efficiencies and managing change; Ensuring integrity and timeliness of financial performance reporting with sharp focus on development of analytical capabilities to improve insights to business. Praveen most recently held several senior roles at ANZ Bank, where he was responsible for driving successful Finance Transformation initiatives including Intelligent Automation for Finance function. He has previously held leadership positions at Genpact responsible for delivering finance transformation projects to top ASX listed companies. He has an MBA in Finance. During his spare time, he likes to travel and spend time with his 2 boys.
