About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Mindfields. In line with business priorities and objectives, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for proactively identifying marketing opportunities to connect with Mindfield's target market via digital marketing channels and face-to-face events. They are responsible for planning and executing fully integrated marketing campaigns that drive leads for ongoing business development. This is a fast-paced, busy and supportive environment where you will gain experience across all elements of the marketing mix.

Must be a self-starter and can work using own initiative while reporting to a Senior Marketing Manager.


  • Designing and implementing Marketing programs
  • Develop and nurture inbound marketing strategies to drive lead acquisition across digital channels
  • Effective planning, coordination and execution of multiple aspects of events and webinars
  • Implementing all digital marketing including: SEO, SEM, Social Media & eDM’s
  • Management of the website including analytics
  • Drive insight through management of social media reporting & website’s Hubspot analytics
  • Measure analytics across all digital channels and report on performance.
  • Liaise with various agencies and freelancers to create marketing material

Skills & Experience

  • Degree qualified in either Marketing, Media & Communications or Digital/Graphic Design.
  • Minimum 2 years B2B experience in a related digital marketing role
  • Hubspot Marketing Certification highly desired
  • Experience in Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, GoTo Webinars desirable
  • Experience in event planning and management
  • Great copywriting skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
