Every phase of the onboarding process with a new employee is important, from before they begin their job, through their first month, to the successful completion of their first year.

At Mindfields, we try to create a welcoming atmosphere and consider each employee as part of the family. To help new employees to acclimate to life at Mindfields, we’ve designed a comprehensive onboarding process.

What can you expect during onboarding at Mindfields?

Our onboarding process covers the following:

  1. Mindfields Welcome Kit
    A gift pack filled with goodies given to all new arrivals upon joining Mindfields.

  2. Joining Formalities 
    All necessary paperwork is to be completed at commencement of your employment. This paperwork includes:
    • Offer Acceptance 
    • Non Disclosure Agreement
    • Intellectual Property Agreement
    • Tax File Number Form
    • Super Choice Form
    • Educational Qualification Documents
    • Past experience certificates
    • Identity Proof and Working rights
  3. Induction Program
    Our management team will take you through the induction program which will include:
    • Mindfields Overview and offerings
    • HR Policies, Processes & Platforms
    • Introduction to RPA
    • Marketing Activities
    • Client Awareness & Project work
  4. Project Buddy
    One of our friendly existing employees will be nominated as a "Buddy" to help new employees to acclimate to life at Mindfields and receive all vital information on existing projects.

  5. Project Allocation
    New employees are introduced to the Project(s) they have been assigned to and are allocated relevant work. 

  6. Training
    Mandatory trainings (outlined in our training process) to be completed by the new employee within 3 days from the date of joining.
