At Mindfields, we try to create a welcoming atmosphere and consider each employee as part of the family. To help new employees to acclimate to life at Mindfields, we’ve designed a comprehensive onboarding process.
What can you expect during onboarding at Mindfields?
Our onboarding process covers the following:

A gift pack filled with goodies given to all new arrivals upon joining Mindfields. - Joining Formalities
All necessary paperwork is to be completed at commencement of your employment. This paperwork includes:- Offer Acceptance
- Non Disclosure Agreement
- Intellectual Property Agreement
- Tax File Number Form
- Super Choice Form
- Educational Qualification Documents
- Past experience certificates
- Identity Proof and Working rights
- Induction Program
Our management team will take you through the induction program which will include:- Mindfields Overview and offerings
- HR Policies, Processes & Platforms
- Introduction to RPA
- Marketing Activities
- Client Awareness & Project work
- Project Buddy
One of our friendly existing employees will be nominated as a "Buddy" to help new employees to acclimate to life at Mindfields and receive all vital information on existing projects. - Project Allocation
New employees are introduced to the Project(s) they have been assigned to and are allocated relevant work. - Training
Mandatory trainings (outlined in our training process) to be completed by the new employee within 3 days from the date of joining.
