The High level Roadmap of CFO.exe rollout

  • 1 CFO.exe is procured by our clients
    The client procures the CFO.exe package for a fixed price. Prior to commencing the current state workshops, a questionnaire is shared with the client to gather insights on key aspects of the organisation’s current finance function.
  • 2 Assess the current state pain points and conduct a root-cause analysis
    Our consulting team will conduct three to four workshops to assess finance processes, pain-points, high-level operating model and governance structure among others to assess the health and maturity of the current finance function.
  • 3 Map digital and non-digital solutions to the identified pain points to define the finance target state
    The current state findings and mapped initiatives are demonstrated to the identified finance stakeholders across one to two workshops.
  • 4 Document and socialise the custom implementation roadmap for validation
    The implementation roadmap (6,12,18 months) is documented incorporating stakeholders’ feedback and socialized for approval and validation.
  • 5 Deliver a fit-forpurpose business case for implementation
    The digital finance transformation roadmap is supplemented with a comprehensive business case outlining the measurable and non-measurable benefits of the prioritised digital and non-digital initiatives.
