Mindfields Automation Summit is our exclusive annual conference featuring keynotes and panel discussions with Hyperautomation leaders from top-tier organisations.

× Daniel is the Intelligent Automation Services Manager for St John of God Health Care (SJGHC) Inc, one of Australia’s largest Private Hospital Groups. After initially implementing RPA and automating ~24,000 hours per annum of manual effort in 2018, Daniel has led the development of process digitisation using e-form, workflow and OCR technologies in conjunction with RPA. He and his hybrid team of developers and digital workers perform an increasingly large proportion of key Finance processes for SJGHC. Daniel is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
× Leanne (Lee) Ward is a Partner with Kearney, a global management consulting company, where she focuses on working with Federal Government clients in Digital Transformation and ESG. Previously she was an IBM Partner responsible for Cognitive Process Transformation working with customers to deploy cognitive solutions include business process re-engineering and services, machine learning and AI, data analytics and insights, IoT, blockchain and talent and transformation.
× As a Digital Solutions Architect, Eric Cheng leads a team responsible for creating and evolving Komatsu’s digital vision. Eric has over 15 years of experience across multiple domains including cloud computing, hyperautomation, modern workplaces, and application security. More recently, Eric has established an automation capability within Komatsu to unlock productivity across business operations and to improve the employee experience. Eric is passionate about fostering a culture of innovation and believes the key to successful digital transformation is about finding the right balance between People, Processes, and Technology.
× Gordon is an experienced Management Consultant and Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of finance and consulting experience, specializing in technology enabled transformation. His experience comes from having led Finance teams and over 10 years in a Big 4 consulting firm where he was responsible for leading the Finance Consulting and Intelligent Automation practice for Western Australia. As the Head of Financial Performance at UWA Gordon is working with the CFO and other Executives to address the University’s financial sustainability challenges. He has recently stood up an automation program to help address capacity shortages in the finance function.
× Corporate Productivity & Innovation Manager at Monadelphous
× Mary is leading Automation at CBH Group for the last 3 years.  She is proactive, driven, and highly accomplished IT leader recognised for strategic ingenuity and insight in technical operations, business processes, and leadership. She have extensive experience in leading and achieving business transformation, process optimisation, change objectives, and capability development goals.
× Mohit has over 20 years of experience working in Strategy, Corporate Finance, and Risk Management Solutions for Deloitte, PwC, and EY. Mohit has authored and published one of the first and most comprehensive research on Robotics and Process Automation. Mohit provides advisory services to leading global financial and non-financial organization in US, Australia, Middle East, UK, and India on their journey for Automation and Artificial Intelligence. Mohit loves cricket and food, in that order.  Mindfields has done more than 35 RPA live projects and have the most number of BOTs in live in production.
